Study in China
China, officially the People’s Republic of China, is a country in East Asia and is the world’s most populous country, with a population of around 1.428 billion in 2017. Covering approximately 9,600,000 square kilometers, it is the third largest country by area.
Medical education in China is normally a five-year Bachelor degree, plus one-year internship (or clinical rotation, during which students are actively involved in patient care) before the final degree is awarded. Clinical specialization usually involves a two- or three-year Master degree. Acceptance is based on the national entrance examination used for all universities.
